Inspired by “The 03" team this pale ale showcases 3 English hops. Godiva and Ernest hops are used throughout the boil to lend a smooth bitterness and baseline citrus aroma with notes of apricot before a large dry-hop addition of Harlequin which elevates the aroma with notes of pineapple and passionfruit.
