This traditional Berliner Weisse is a clean drinking sour beer with a light colour and low alcohol content. Wheat malt lends a bready aroma and a slightly fuller mouthfeel which is balanced by the clean sour notes of tart apple and lemon before a spritzy finish from a lively carbonation.
